Support Options

FullCover, FullControl and FullForecast are highly reliable web-based applications that run using your Internet browser. As such there is virtually no installation or setup required on a typical Windows computer.

In order that you enjoy optimum response from the FullControl and FullCover systems, please first check the system requirements page to make sure you have the required versions of Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Before using FullControl or FullCover we recommend that you visit the browser setup page and follow the configuration instructions. They are very simple and in most cases your browser will already be configured correctly.

Getting Help

Every web page in FullControl and FullCover contains a Help link at the top of the screen. Click Help for additional information about the current page.

Troubleshooting

In the unlikely event that you encounter any problems, please consult our troubleshooting page which contains commonly asked questions and answers.
